No, but we do know if we are absolutely not going to sleep with him.  If you are one of these unlucky few, it is best that you give up right away, because it is not worth your time.  It is like wasting your salary on the lottery.  How do you know?  Look for body language: her arms are crossed over her chest, she needs lots of personal space, and she is easily distracted.  Another sad truth, girls sometimes go on dates with guys they know they won’t sleep with.  Why?  Because they feel sorry for them!  More proof that most women do not understand men.

If you have a chance, it becomes more complicated.  The more attractive you are to her, the more leeway you have to mess up.  If she is into you immediately, or you manage to interest her, your strategy from then on must be not to relentlessly pursue the goal, but to somehow refrain from doing any of the hundreds of things that could screw it up while still keeping it moving progressively more intimate. 

Typical “Coolers”

• You act overly confident or cocky.  For example: “I have a lot of money, and I could take care of you”, “women always go for me”, or “I knew you would want to go home with me.”
• Acting cheap, like trying to split a meal.
• Talking about ex-girlfriends/wives
• Sexist comments
• Showing disrespect. A man once snapped his fingers when he wanted me to come over and talk to him. 
• Gross out comments or behavior.  Talking about bodily functions.
• Flirting with her friends – not the same as being friendly

I bet you are thinking that you know men like this who get laid all the time!   Re-read the asshole section above.  Plus, remember, the better looking or more social status you have, the more leeway you have.  Especially if the girl is shallow or stupid.

TIP:  Women sometimes use coolers on purpose to “cool” men off.    For example, when I want to make sure a man doesn’t call me again or push too hard for sex, I will often play like a am damaged goods by saying, “I still cry all the time about my ex” or I will say, “I just can’t do this, it is too soon” with a few accompanying tears.
