Number of Girls Who Want Jerks = NONE, ZERO, ZIP, NADA

Then why do girls always date them? The number one reason by far that hot women are always dating jerks is because jerks are the only guys that talk to them.  I know, it is a revelation.  You may be thinking that you spoke to a hot girl last week on the subway, but saying “Is that a good book?”, and then going mute, is not going to make a girl jump in your arms. 

I hear this conversation again and again:  several women are at a party talking.  The more attractive girls are complaining that all men are horrible, selfish jerks, and the more average looking girls are trying to assert that there are a few good men left.  Why?  Because the nice guys are too shy to talk to the hot girls and the hot girls are too busy fending off come-ons from the assholes to try and talk to the one shy guy in the corner. 

This is why pick-up tricks can work.  Just knowing they have a trick often will give the shy guy enough confidence to finally talk to a girl.  And you can’t pick up a girl unless you talk to her. 

Another reason:  nice guys are boring.  Yep.  Sometimes they are, but they don’t have to be.  Nice guys are only boring when they stop having fun and become completely preoccupied with making their woman happy.  Women love when men want to make them happy, but we want you to have your own desires as well.  We want also want to know that if we threw our purses and said fetch that you wouldn’t necessarily go get it for us.  This does not mean that we want you to ignore us, flirt with our friends, or disrespect us.  There is a difference between having a backbone and having a tail.  It comes down to confidence.

Low-Self Confidence:  some girls don’t think they deserve nice guys.  They have probably been treated badly in past relationships, especially with their fathers, or they have been suckered into what seemed like a caring relationship in the beginning only to be slowly broken down by manipulation and ever increasing cruelty.  Women with low-self esteem often feel more comfortable with assholes because they think they deserve the ill treatment.  This is dangerous and unhealthy behavior.
